29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 276 Amherst Road, South Hadley, MA: On or about July 3, 2025, the employer and an employee were observed working on a residential structure engaged in chimney repair activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 6 feet above the next lower level and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing them to fall from height hazards.
