29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:  a) On or about July 22, 2025, in the Shop, employees engaged in servicing pumps, worked with a WD-40, acetone, light oils, and rust inhibitors (irritants) that were transferred into a secondary spray container without the secondary container being marked with an identifying label.
