29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  On a new residential construction, at a temporary jobsite located at Hubbard Bend, Building 17 (Silver Falls at Silverleaf), St. Augustine, FL 32092: On or about August 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing framing work on 4/12 pitched trusses at over 20 feet to the bottom ground over the edge of the building, and over 10 feet to the bottom of the building's 2nd floor (through trusses).
