29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun:  a. In the interior of a structure located at 66 Belfort Court, St. Augustine, FL: On or about December 16, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not wearing safety glasses while using pneumatic nail guns while conducting framing operations.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. On top of a structure located at 66 Belfort Court, St. Augustine, FL: On or about December 16, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a 14-foot 5-inch fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees performing framing operations on the lower level.  The HRS Saucedo Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1842749, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 11, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at Hubbard Bend, Building 17 (Silver Falls at Silverleaf), Saint Augustine, FL 32092.
