OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to struck-by and pressure-related hazards:    a) On or about August 28, 2025, at 9700 Collins Avenue, Bal Harbour, Florida, an employee was exposed to struck-by and pressure-related hazards while working on a HVAC condenser piping system containing stored energy, such as but not limited to, water and air.  Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means to correct the hazards would be to: Implement a line depressurization certification checklist that outlines and certifies the steps an employee took to depressurize a system, including but not limited to: -	date of depressurization, -	employee performing depressurization, -	verification of pressure gauge, -	leak assessment, -	drainage process, -	verification of zero pressure with valve and pressure gauge, and -	confirmation of test accuracy from a supervisor.
