29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  a) Jobsite located at or near 125 Pickering Way, Exton, PA 19341. The employer did not ensure that an employee working adjacent to unprotected edges was protected from falls by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall protection system. An employee was covering a wooden storage crate with a tarp, standing on top of the crate without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to falls approximately 7.5 feet from the ground level.  Conditions noted on or about August 29, 2025.
