Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access.  a) Located at 5030 Corinne Drive, South Bloomfield, OH 43103: On or about June 6, 2025, employees utilized the sides of the walkthrough tube scaffold as a ladder to gain access during commercial construction exposing them to fall heights of approximately 14 feet.
