29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket.  Location: 201 Main Street, Hyannis, MA 02601  On or about September 12, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 20 feet while working from a boom lift to install exterior sheeting and did not stand firmly on the floor of the basket, where the employer failed to ensure proper use of lift.
