29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about September 16, 2025, on the upper level of a residential building, an employee was not in use of fall protection while installing wood to the second-story gable from a work level that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below.   H&H Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1741880, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 15413 Bedford Rd, Edmond, OK 73013.  H&H Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1782827, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 16301 Marigold Avenue, Edmond, OK 73013.  H&H Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1792246, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 12405 SW 30rd St, Mustang, OK 73064.
