Humberto Garcia dba Humberto Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1749510, citation 2, item 2, and was affirmed final order on September 9, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1570 Britanny Lane, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192.
