Movement of these clamps created caught-between and pinch point hazards between the clamps and the workpiece and between the clamps and the adjacent structure of the Hyd-Mech Corporation Horizontal Saw Model: H-16A body. This condition exposed employees to caught-between and pinch point hazards.  (b)MDS Manufacturing Co., Inc. at 1301 South Dakota 37,  PARKSTON, SD 57366: On or about and at times prior to December 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees operating the Hyd-Mech Corporation Horizontal Saw Model: H-16A were protected from caught-in and pinch point hazards in that appropriate controls were not implemented to prevent employee access to movement of the saw's chip auger during operation.  This condition exposed employees to caught-in and pinch point hazards.  (c)MDS Manufacturing Co., Inc. at 1301 South Dakota 37,  PARKSTON, SD 57366: On or about and at times prior to December 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees operating the Hyd-Mech Corporation Horizontal Saw Model: H-16A were protected from  pinch point hazards in that appropriate controls were not implemented to prevent employee access to movement of the rack and pinion on the underside of the infeed roller system.  This condition exposed employees to pinch point hazards.  (d)MDS Manufacturing Co., Inc. at 1301 South Dakota 37,  PARKSTON, SD 57366: On or about and at times prior to December 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees operating the Hyd-Mech Corporation Horizontal Saw Model: H-14 were protected from caught-in and pinch point hazards in that appropriate controls were not implemented to prevent employee access to movement of the saw's chip auger during operation. This condition exposed employees to caught-in and pinch point hazards.  (e)MDS Manufacturing Co., Inc. at 1301 South Dakota 37,  PARKSTON, SD 57366: On or about and at times prior to December 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees operating either of the two Jet 20" Floor Drill Presses Model J-2550 were protected from entanglement hazards in that appropriate controls were not implemented to prevent employee access to movement of the drill press chuck during operation. This condition exposed employees to caught-in and entanglement hazards.
