(a) On or about 7/13/2026, more than 24-hours after a work-related incident, Automated Biomass Systems LLC, 2235 Clarks Corners Rd., Marathon NY, 13803, reported that an employee was hospitalized on 7/07/2026 after the employee attempted to step over a crossmember of paint rack 2, broke his leg, and was hospitalized.
