OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  a.) At the loading/onloading area, located at 15020 Dawson Drive, Dade City, FL 33523; On or about 12/23/2025, the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards while forklift operators were offloading, large, bundled steel piping materials from freight trailers without safeguarding pedestrians nearby from accidental spillage.
