29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four hours:  Facility - On or about January 3, 2026, the employer did not report a work-related in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours.  UPS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678020, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-21-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3100 SW MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, West Virginia 25303.
