29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Worksite was located at 7 & 9 West Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716:  Five subcontractor workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine feet from the leading edge to ground as they were ripping off the roof of a commercial building without utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about January 15, 2026.
