29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   a) Housekeeping and Laundry Services:  On January 21, 2026, and at times prior to; employees used and were exposed to undiluted industrial cleaning chemicals and applied diluted industrial cleaning chemicals.   b) Pool Equipment Room:  On January 21, 2026, and at times prior to; employees used and were exposed to corrosive pool chemicals to include but not limited to Magic Acid, pH less than 1.0, CAS No 7647-01-0 (Hydrochloric Acid 10-25%) and trade secrete ingredients, which causes serious eye damage and skin irritation.   c) Maintenance and Facilities: On January 21, 2026, and at times prior to; employees handled and applied paints, bleach, caulks, adhesives, and aerosols for repair and maintenance projects.   Note* Abatement certification is required for this item.
