29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 120 East Marine Lane, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008: Employee engaged in siding installation and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, roughly 25 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on the second floor pitched roof level of single family residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/29/2026. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) (a) 120 East Marine Lane, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008: Worker was not utilizing fall protection and was exposed to fall hazards up to 25 feet to ground surface below when while installing siding and other related activities. Workers have not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). Condition observed on or about 01/29/2026. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
