29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  Building 2226- Warehouse, Next to water heater: On or about February 10, 2026, and at times prior thereto, a Rubbermaid container, boxes, buckets, and a tire was placed within 36 inches of the circuit breaker panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check:  Acton Workstation, Building 2019: On or about February 10, 2026, and at times prior thereto, all the fire extinguisher(s) mounted/staged throughout the building were not up to date with their annual maintenance check. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s).  Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on July 28th, 2025, Inspection 1827381, August 21, 2025, of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.

Acton Workstation, Building 2019: On or about February 10, 2026, and at times prior thereto, employee(s) used various cleaning chemicals on a daily basis. The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible at the worksite. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to chemical hazard(s).
