29 CFR  1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Little Tujunga Fire Station, North end wall: On and/or about November 19, 2025, and at times prior thereto, two Bernzomatic cylinders were stored in a cage and was not stored in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check:  Little Tujunga Fire Station: On or about February 11, 2026, and at times prior thereto, all the fire extinguisher(s) mounted/staged throughout the building were not up to date with their annual maintenance check. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s).  Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on July 28th, 2025, Inspection 1827381, August 21, 2025, of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
