29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    216 Stebbins Street, Belchertown, MA: On or about March 10, 2026, employees were observed working on a residential structure engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 6 feet above the next lower and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems, exposing them to fall from height hazards.
