29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provided for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 935 Howden Road, Avalon, PA: On or about March 27, 2026 during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure an employee used appropriate fall protection systems and devices while taking pictures, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
