A red extension cord was daisy chined with another brown extension cord and was plugged into the relocatable power strip. The power strip was not being used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.

The CSHO asked the housekeeper what was inside the bottle, and she stated it contains disinfectant. The bottle did not have a label as per the new Hazard Communication Program requirements.
