Apache Sky Casino was previously cited for being in violation of 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1624632, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 777 Apache Sky Blvd, Winkelman, AZ 85192.
