29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.  Cross braces were used as a means of access.  a) Commercial construction located at 94 New Cut Rd.  Braselton, GA, GA 30517, Scaffold: On or about April 8, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 25-feet to the lower level, in that a safe means of access was not provided to each working level of scaffold as employees climbed frames and cross braces.

Braselton, GA, GA 30517, Scaffold: On or about April 8, 2026, the employer exposed employees working on the scaffold to fall hazards of over 25-feet to the lower level, in that guardrails were not were installed on all sides of the working levels during masonry activities.
