29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: a. Inside the warehouse, located at 618 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, FL: On or about April 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees who used a rolling ladder to access the mezzanine and storage racks were not protected from a fall hazard by use of a fall protection system.
