29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist):  On or about 04/28/2026, at 1200 NE 23rd Street, Pompano Beach, Florida, the employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the jobsites over which it subcontracted work; at this site, multiple subcontractor's employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to over 37 feet from the next level below when working without a means of fall protection.
