Bldg. 31C20T, Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 79, Portside, Side shell plating: On or about April 28, 2026, an employee used a modified hammer that consisted of a welded pipe onto a metal head to hammer off plates for the LCAC's sidewall.
