On May 30, 2025, an employee was on an 8-foot self-supporting ladder while inspecting electrical wiring in an emergency light fixture. The employee contacted energized electrical wiring, was shocked, and fell approximately 6 feet to the floor. He sustained third-degree burns to the second and third fingers of his left hand, and sustained burns to the second finger of his right hand. Due to the fall, he sustained a fractured skull and a fractured T3 vertebra. He was hospitalized.
