An employee was delivering propane to a customer's residence. He parked his propane truck on the driveway and connected his transfer hose to the customer's storage tank. As he proceeded to return to his truck, he slipped on ice that was present on the property. He fell to the icy ground and hit his head. He slowly got back up and walked back to the propane truck to stop the transfer pump. At this time, the customer returned home to see the employee leaning next to his truck dazed. He was hospitalized for a concussion and some brain bleeding.
