The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

On May 6, 2025, at approximately 10:30 AM, an employee was operating a brake press when his right index finger was caught between the part he was working on and the brake bend bar. On 3/17/2025, at 10:10 AM, two power poles were being framed at the same time on the back of a trailer. The injured employee reached to the other side of his pole to hold a nut for a bolt that was being pushed through. The employee on the other pole was drilling through his pole. The drill bit pushed through and contacted the injured employee's left little finger. The drill bit punctured the fingernail, causing a laceration and fracture.

While performing construction operations, employees were utilizing a boom lift to lower a pump jack scaffold. The boom lift shifted and the pump jack scaffold came into contact with adjacent power lines. Two employees working at ground level were holding onto the pump jack and were shocked by the electricity. Both employees were hospitalized.
