On April 23, 2025, at approximately 11:19 AM, an employee was standing on a table that was 19.5 inches off the ground. The employee was measuring and marking points to center a flange. The employee moved the top edge of the flange back toward himself. The flange tipped and knocked the employee backward to the ground below. The flange fell with the employee, resulting in a compound fracture to the left leg.

On March 13, 2025, an employee was lifting a window structure using a chain block. The window slipped as the hook was coming out of the wire sling, fell, and caught the employee's hand against a pillar. His little fingertip was amputated and his hand swelled.
