EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CUTTING FORELEGS FROM CATTLE CARCASSES, USING A PORTABLE "HOOF C UTTER", WHEN THE INDEX FINGER OF HIS LEFT HAND CAME INTO CONTACT WITH THE CUTTER BLADES. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
