EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CONNECTING A CHUTE TO A GRAIN SCREW CONVEYOR WITH THE CONVEYOR S TILL RUNNING. HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER CONTACTED THE AUGER AND AUGER HOUSING AND WA S AMPUTATED AT THE SECOND JOINT.
