EMPLOYEE #1 WAS SLICING A PIECE OF CHEESE TOO LARGE FOR THE SLICER CARRIAGE. HIS LEFT HAND SLIPPED, CAUSING HIS LEFT LITTLE FINGER TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE SLICER BLADE. HE RECEIVED A LACARATION ON HIS FINGER.
