Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEES #1 THROUGH #8 BECAME ILL WHEN THEY WERE EXPOSED TO EXCESSIVE LEVELS OF CARBON MONOXIDE (OR OTHER EXHAUST FUMES) EMANATING FROM AUTOMOBILE EXHAUSTS. TH E FUMES BECAME CONCENTRATED BECAUSE OF A MALFUNCTIONING VENTILATION SYSTEM.
