Investigation abstract

A BALLAST BLEW UP IN THE CEILING FLUORESCENT LIGHTING FIXTURE. AIR MONITORING WA S CONDUCTED TO DETERMINE IF EMPLOYEES' EXPOSURE EXCEEDED THE PERMISSIBLE EXPOSUR E LIMIT. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE EXPOSURE WAS WELL WITHIN THE ACCEPTABLE LIMI TS.
