EMPLOYEE FALLS FROM LADDER AND BREAKS BOTH WRISTS
Investigation abstract
An employee of AA Pipeline Cleaners Incorporated was removing sludge from a sewa ge wet-well. He was climbing a 28 ft fixed metal ladder, with a safety center ra il. The employee lost his grip and fell about 25 ft onto a cement floor. He was hospitalized to treat fractures of both wrists.
