LOGGING EMPLOYEES STRUCK BY LOG
Investigation abstract
EMPLOYEES #1 AND #2 WERE WORKING NEAR A SKYLINE WHEN THEY SOUGHT COVER FROM A SN AG WHICH HAD BEEN UPROOTED BY THE LINE. THEY DOVE BESIDE A NEARBY LOG. THE LOG, DISTURBED BY THE SNAG, SHIFTED POSITION AND ROLLED ONTO THE TWO EMPLOYEES. EMPLO YEE #1 WAS KILLED, WHILE EMPLOYEE #2 WAS HOSPITALIZED. THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON NOVEMBER 5, 1986.
