Investigation abstract
An employee flagging traffic at a road construction site was struck head-on by m otorcyclist who was circumventing a waiting line of vehicles. The employee was d ragged approximately 10 ft before the motorcycle traveled over the length of her body, causing six broken ribs and a punctured lung.
