EMPLOYEE #1 WAS LOADING ROOFING MATERIAL TOO CLOSELY TO AN UNPROTECTED ROOF EDGE . HE LOST HIS BALANCE, CAUSING HIM TO FALL FROM THE ROOF TO THE SIDEWALK BELOW. EMPLOYEE #1 SUSTAINED A BROKEN NOSE AND FACIAL LACERATIONS.
