AN EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING AN ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR AN IRRIGATION PUMP. THE EMPLOYE E WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN A 480-VOLT CONDUCTOR THOUGHT TO BE DEENERGIZED CONTACTED A PRESSURE SWITCH LOCATED ON THE PUMP HOUSING.
