EMPLOYEE #1, A DOCK WORKER, WAS UNLOADING A CRATE OF GLASS. WHEN HE REMOVED THE BRACE THAT SUPPORTED THE CRATE, IT FELL OVER ONTO HIM. HE WAS KILLED.
