EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CARRYING FIREWOOD TO HIS SERVICE TRUCK. A LODGED TREE BROKE FREE AND FELL, STRIKING EMPLOYEE #1 ON THE HEAD. HE WAS KILLED INSTANTLY.
