ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU SCAFFOLD

Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS ERECTING A SCAFFOLD TO POST A BILLBOARD ADVERTISEMENT. THE SCAFF OLD WALKWAY CONTACTED A 13.8-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
