Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS OPERATING A LOG SKIDDER. HE EITHER FELL OUT OF THE SKIDDER"S CAB OR WAS PUSHED OUT BY A TREE LIMB. HE FELL IN FRONT OF THE LEFT REAR WHEEL; WAS RUN OVER AND CRUSHED.
