EMPLOYEE HIT BY WHIPPING HOSE FALLS FROM SCAFFOLD
Investigation abstract
Three plasterers working for Rowley Plastering Company Incorporated were working on a 24 ft high tubular welded-frame scaffold without guardrail protection. The y were spraying plaster onto walls using a nozzle and hose, when Employee #1 was knocked off of the scaffold by the hose whipping around. Employee #1 was hospit alized for fractures to his neck and head injuries.
