SAW MACHINE OPERATOR CUTS HAND
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was cleaning off the top of the saw guide adjuster with the handle o f a cresent wrench. While he was adjusting the saw guide hand wheel, he swung hi s right hand into the saw blade causing a cut. Due to the nature of the cut, the employee did not need to go to the hospital for treatment.
