Event description
Employee fell from truck cab roof and died
Investigation abstract
An employee was loading a two-and-one-half-ton flat-bed truck with pulpwood logs . Apparently he climbed up on the cab of the truck to move some logs to the lowe r side of the bed when he fell to the ground approximately 82 in. and died. The medical examiner indicated that the employee suffered a heart attack.
