Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 REMOVED THE GUARD ON A DIVIDER SO THAT HE COULD CLEAN THE DOUGH OUT OF IT. HE FAILED TO LOCK OUT THE POWER. HE CAUGHT HIS FINGERS IN THE MOVING KNIF E BLADE AND WAS CUT.
