EMPLOYEE KILLED BY FALL FROM MOVING TRUCK
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was riding in a truck when he was flashed by a street prostitute. He climbed out of the seat and was riding outside the truck, getting the attention of the prostitute. He fell off the truck, striking his head.
